hey guys its me Very Happy

just trying to install steam, msn etc but this person who owns this pc has locked shit up..

every time i try to install something it is asking me for his password grrrrrrrrr. this i can understand why he has done it but tbh it is really pissing me off now as i really wanna run my msn and steam from his pc but the f*cker has set a password so i cant Sad

is there anyway i can get round this or even remove it for now as when i try link my laptop up it still gives me this shit password thing on here and unless i can enter pass it wont let me do nothing on this shit pc..

i even put his ethernet cable to my laptop but then gives me pish like no connectivity or even limited connectivity. ffs argh.

dunno if or how i can get round this as he has set up a guest account for us to use but like i say if i try d/l anything it asks for this damn password..

if anyone can help me then thank u, but if u cant it is cool i will just have to do without Sad

haha yes i on holiday and should just enjoy it, but at this time of night i wanna talk to my friends or even get on msn but i cant..

all i can say is the person who did this is a dirty f*cking little c*nt bas*ard wa*ker and if he was here i would boot his balls in untill he give me his password Sad

anyways guys talk soon i suppose as it looks like i wont get steam or msn running at this point Sad

well sink...is it vista or xp? i guess vista??

there are some free tools out there with which you can reset an admin password.
you can't by any means find out the actual password though...just delete it.
if the computer has a cd burner you should be fine...if you're interested, i can walk you through the steps and provide you with the tools.

so hit me up..i don't have steam atm so just post here..

If it is vista then it has a "hidden" administrator account which you might be able to get into although you'll probably already need an administrator account which makes it a bit pointless for your purposes lol. Will something like meebo not just do for msn?

yeah, vista have a hidden admin account.. You have to go to boot up in the safety mod. you can do that by pressing F5 or F8 during the boot up. Then you have to go into the admin account that is visible. Then you have to go into the users and accounts and select your account and just simply choose a another password..
