hey all its vengeance and i am trying to hosta server and nobody can join it and i dont know how to put mani admin on it if some one can help please do

Also you will need to open/forward the necessary ports on your router/firewall. Howto's on that you can find by searching the steampowered forums for "open ports router server" or similar.
Another thing you should do is consider the security risks of running server applications on a home connection and think about whether it's really a good idea. Wouldn't want your mum and dads financial information (or whatever else you have on there) to become compromised, just because you wanted to save a few bucks by hosting your own server.. Would you?
