i have made this adverts decal. and the vtf is vorking nice and vmt i think. i tryed everything. but when i come ingame it showing white. and vtf works fine other stuff
can you plz help
add my new xfire. i been offline for a good time. but got internet now again

What does this decal advertise? If it's another clan or clan server then that won't be allowed. But if you're talking about making it a spray do a google search for counter strike source spray(s) - maybe that will help.

Open the .vmt file in notepad or whatever and find:

"$decalscale" 0.3
Change whatever value you have there to a lower value and it should make your decal smaller. Of course you will have to delete your .vmt file from your client(s) first.. Else you will not notice a difference, cause these files are not automatically re-downloaded when changed.
