Every once in a while I feel like wasting my money on a good movie in the cinema. The problem is: the movie isnt always good. Thats why I decided to start writing reviews on movies you should see, and the ones you better leave to spend your money on something better. Ofcourse I cannot bring you reviews on every movie that comes out, (hey I have a life and I dont own a money tree :!) but I guarantee you that I will go to the ones that have my high expectations.
I yesterday went to Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End. As you probably know (or you may have lived under a rock for the past years) it's the third and probably final chapter in the trilogy. I wrote probably 'cause Johnny Depp has declared that he would love to continue making them, I say he would love to continue earning money, but that's just my opinion *cough*.

For the ones that absolutely know nothing about POTC I will explain the story a bit. The 'main-main' character is Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp), a humoristic pirate who somehow always manages to escape when it's getting too hot under his feet. Then there's also Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) and Captain Barbossa (Geoffry Rush). They form the main characters in the POTC trilogy, the first two movies are to be known as:

-The Curse of the Black Pearl
Jack Sparrow tries break the curse of the Black Pearl. The current captain of the ship is Hector Barbossa, who abducts Elizabeth Swann in order to break the curse with her blood. What Barbossa doesnt know, is that not Elizabeth's blood is needed, but the blood of Will Turner. Will and Jack together form a team to free Elizabeth.

-Dead Man's Chest
Jack Sparrow finds out he still owes the legendary Davy Jones something, Davy Jones is the captain of the spooky ship the Flying Dutchman.
He has to find a way to satisfy Davy Jones to escape the curse.



And then theres At Worlds End. The movie thrills you, the special effects are really breathtaking. Jack Sparrow is back like you havent seen before.
There is a negative point tho, although this depends on the cinema you go to. The movie is three full hours long, and... there is no room for a pause.
This really decreased my enjoyment in the movie, and it makes you run to the bathroom like a Bull with a red curtain for his eyes afterwards for sure.
Besides that, it's really worth it to see it, and a tip for the Dutchies amongst us: when you go to the Pathé (which has no room for pause :\), go there before twelve o' clock, it will only cost 4.75 :)
